Born and raised in Massachusetts. In 1998, she received her B.A. in Business with a minor in Spanish from Stonehill College, Easton, Massachusetts. In 1999, she received her MBA from the University of Maine, Orono. Upon graduation she relocated to New York City in 1999. She began her career at a real estate development company in New York City, Millennium Partners.

In 2006, she received her Juris Doctorate , from New England School of Law, Boston. Prior to establishing Libby Law, Attorney Libby worked for a number of Financial Service companies, including, Fidelity Investments and Wellington Management. She also worked for the State of Massachusetts in the General Counsel’s Office for the Department of Capital Asset (DCAM).. There she worked on compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

Today, Jessica focuses primarily in the areas of probate and family law matters. Specifically, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Personal Representative Appointments, Estate Planning, and Family Law.
