Born and raised in Massachusetts. In 1998, she received her B.A. in Business with a minor in Spanish from Stonehill College, Easton, Massachusetts. In 1999, she received her MBA from the University of Maine, Orono. In 2006, Attorney Libby received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston.
